Guyan Web Designs quickly creates professional cost-effective websites for small businesses and organizations.
I am an IT professional living in the Pittsburgh area. I do freelance website development because I enjoy it. Creating websites is not my main business so I don't heavily market my services. I only take on a project when I have time to ensure my clients get the focus and attention they deserve.

Complete website solutions can start around $300 for a nice 3-5 page website.
This includes:
- Site design and creation
- Basic graphics
- Assistance with domain names and site hosting
- Submission to major search engines
- Email account creation
All projects are evaluated individually and I work out a fair price for each solution based upon my customers' needs.
I don't charge "by the page" or "by the image". I don't have "add-on" charges for submission to search engines or setup of email accounts.
I discuss the needs of my clients to determine an overall web solution and come up with a fair price for the total solution.
My goal is to help small organizations get a quality website up and running quickly, cost-effectively, and without hassle.
